Özdemir Palas Hotel

Bir iyi konaklama.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Ulaşım sorunu olmadan, şehir merkezinden her köşeye gidilebiliyor. Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü. Kahvaltısı oldukça başarılı. Ama odalar sigara kokuyor ve hijyen durumu başarısız. Perdeler kirli olduğu için sigara kokusu oldukça sinmiş vaziyette. Havlular çok eski, yırtılmış. Odaların hijyenine biraz önem verilse çok güzel olacak.

Beside the positive fact, that this hotel is most probably the cheapest and that it is near the centre of Konya, there is nothing else positive about this hotel. I literally fled from the hotel within seconds leaving the keys behind. I must say that the owners were friendly. But: my worst experience ever when it comes the hygiene.

Konaklamam berbat geçti.Yalıtım sistemi çok berbattı.En ufak konuşma yan odadan duyuluyordu.Yan odamdan uygunsuz sesler geliyordu.Resepsiyonu aradım durumu anlattım.Birisini yönlendirdiler.O kişiye de durumu anlattım.Bakın diyorum buraya farklı amaçlı gelmişler seslerden uyuyamıyorum.Bana dediği cevap burası otel sevgilisi de olabilir karısı da vs. Ben bu cevap karşısında şok oldum.Benim huzurumu kaçırmasına müsade edemem dedim.Polis çağırıp şikayetçi olacağım dedim.Resepsiyondan arandım.Eren bey isterseniz odanızı değiştirelim biz uyardık kendilerini diye.Benim değil onların odasını değiştirin dedim.Daha sonra sesler kesildi fakat sabaha karşı yeniden uygnsuz şeyler oldu.Sabah erkenden kalkıp kahvaltımı yapıp otelden ayrıldım.Birçok otel ziyaretim oldu fakat bu kadar kötü bir durum yaşamadım.Ankara’ya gelirsem asla bu oteli tercih etmem.

Konumu merkezi, odalar genel olarak güzel çalışanlar özenli ve yardımcı.

friendly behavior of employees

Nothing special. Staff was not helpful at all.

When i was making the reservation i made a mistake with the date so i called the hotel and told them that i made i mistake, they said cancel the book and rebook we are not going to take the money eventhough it is unrefundable,so i canceled and made a new reservation, after the sign out they took the money twice, when called they told me it is hotel's policy and we cant do any thing, The room was old and dirty, the AC was broken, i told him it was broken he said that it works by me qnd turn it on , i waked up in the night it was off i recalled he turn it on again i woke up in the morning it was off, also the rooms smells like toilets, it was my first and my last time to go there
