La cuisine à disposition. Salle commune. Bien pour ceux qui arrivent par le train. Moins aisé en voiture. Quartier en pleine mutation. Ne pas hésiter à dîner au petit restaurant à 50 m en montant. Menu très bon et vraiment pas cher.

Le concept salle de bains commune ok ça passe mais toilettes non séparées en commun c'est redibitoire pour nous. Bruit important ( circulation, serrures des chambres, pas dans la chambre attenante...) Rue très passante. Impossible de déposer les bagages devant la location. Une fois trouvé l'endroit ( improbable mais malgré tout secure)où se garer, il faut descendre à pied avec voitures et bus qui nous frôlent. Assez éloigné du centre à pied. Contrairement à tous les commentaires lus sur le site où le livre d'or, nous ne partageons pas le souvenir d'un accueil hyper chaleureux.

Julio was so helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure guests had everything they needed. It is a wonderful place to stay, and the included breakfast was excellent. A lovely room rounded off a great stay. Handy for Campanha Bus, train and metro stations.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einchecken und auschecken verläuft sehr unkompliziert. Alles ist sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche und Lebensmittel kann man 24/7 nutzen. Der Bus ins Zentrum fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt zur Straße. Dort war es etwas laut und es war schwer in der Gegend ein Parkplatz zu finden.
