Available parking spot, clean towels and linen, and cold AC. Staff were all polite and helpful.

Establishment is old and rundown. Wall stains, bubbling paints, cracked or broken floor tiles, ceiling(soffit) falling and deteriorating, dirty and rusting bathroom fixtures, sink cabinet falling apart, pests crawling, and dirty glass doors and windows are just a few major issues I can remember. Amenities provided were also not good. TV had 1 channel, no drinking water (bottle or dispenser) closeby, limited breakfast menu, and the immediate vicinity outside the building had trash.

Its not clean, no bidet, toilet flusher is busted, aircon is malfunctioning. So we had to leave our room and transferred to a better hotel. What freaked me out was i was transferring the room to my staff and asked him to just demand a small room with better aircon but the hotel attendant said only the original user of the room can be transferred. Stupid

The staff was the best. Really caring and so friendly. I was in a accident whit the tricycle in the town and they helpt me clean my wound and took real good care of me

Affordable and clean but no elevator.
