La localización.

El sistema check y pagamento habia algo confuso. No hay una llave para entrar por la puerta principal. Necesita si o si del celular para abrir y cuando uno no es del lugar por ahí tiene dificultad de conexión. Las escaleras hace difícil para pasar con una valija. La secunda habitación no tiene luz, depende de la iluminación de la de abajo.

The advertisement looked amazing so I booked for the maisonnette. I was sent the confirmation for a large luminous open spaces maisonette, with a private open space to relax

I was provided the check-in details to a very different mouldy, dark, and very damaged loft appartment, when informing the host through the number provided on the day of check in that the appartment was not only the wrong apartment but completely unlivable and that i wanted the maisonnette I booked or a refund. i was told that the maisonette was occupied and I should contact booking to complain. I followed up 3 times but all messages were completely ignored by the host. Mind you: - There was a massive mouldy cover right above the whole kitchen area. - Mould and water damage on various walls and ceilings throughout the apartment including the kitchen and bedrooms. - Various pillows, walls, lights and appliances were badly damaged. - Aircon was not working - Shower cabin was leaking causing flooding other the wall mount was missing. - All beds were single instead of doubles bedding was stained instead of clean. I would strongly advice booking to ban this host

Ubicación y limpieza

Deben arreglar la puerta del baño de fuera. Están perdiendo mucha agua a través de los retretes, se nota un flujo de agua en cada uno.

Todo absolutamente, la ubicación, las instalaciones perfectas, todo absolutamente.
