The property policies are misleading as it's stated that different methods of payment are accepted. As soon as I arrived, I was told the place is cash only. I asked the property why they state other methods of payment are accepted, they didn't provide a clear explanation. I notified booking.com and their response basically was I should just mention it in the review. The bungalow I was given wasn't clean. Lots of insects and spiders everywhere inside. There was so much noise from ongoing construction right behind the bungalow. There was also too much noise from the kids next door. The bed surface was too hard and therefore sleeping wasn't very comfortable. The person who checked me in didn't even bother explaining any details about the property itself and the amenities, including breakfast times. She instead spent so much time trying to sell me overpriced tours arranged by the property. The breakfast included was very basic and nothing special. The wifi was not great either as connection was lost multiple times during my stay. While the location is good, there are plenty of properties in that area. The price is too expensive all things considered. Overall, I didn't enjoy the experience and don't recommend this place.

Little bit out of town
FRHua et Viet sont extrêmement accueillants et facilitent nos visites. Les chambres sont très propres et grandes. Le patio avec la piscine est juste incroyable de végétation. L'emplacement est idéal, des restos et bars pas loin mais loin du tumulte du centre. Excellent séjour!
FRJ’ai passé un séjour parfait. L’hôtel était très propre et les chambres étaient très confortables, avec tout le nécessaire. À mon arrivée, la gérante m’a accueilli avec un cocktail et m’a préparé un itinéraire pour deux jours en me conseillant des visites. L’hôtel propose également la location de scooters, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. Pour mon départ, elle m’a même préparé un pique-nique, une attention très appréciée. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
