The house has quite a quirky layout due to its age. Therefore some of the rooms are irregular shapes and the upper floor has a sloping ceiling with low head height access to the private bathroom. The spiral staircase between the ground and upper floor may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Nice little apartment close to the town centre and some nice biscuits and stuff to make a cuppa as you arrive very nice host :)

"Loved it didn't want to leave"

Location was fantastic close to all shops and transport loved it and will book again. The cottage was spotless cosy and could not asked for better, tea,coffee,milk and biscuits there for when we arrived beds were so comfy and warm emergency torches in each room.

"Superb"

Great location with high street, takeaways, bus and rail stations and beach within easy walk. Quiet and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Host was very flexible and responsive.

Layout is quirky as stated. Stairs and low ceilings meant our 6'1" son had to be very careful. Upstairs bedroom is open to the living room downstairs with no sound barrier.

"Cottage was compact and well equipped."

Good location within town. Easy access to Inverness.

The spiral staircase had to be worked round, but owners did warn us about that.
