Room was comfortable. The lady in charge operated the doors remotely to allow us to gain entry! She was very helpful and kind.

Very convenient location with view of Catania Cathedral in the distance (we could see it whilst on the balcony). If you are travelling by car, this is a perfect accommodation with a secure parking space at extra charge. Parking spaces in Catania are like gold dust! Beautiful baroque style rooms with high ceilings and comfy beds. Super clean. Our beds were made, towels changed and room cleaned every day. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff- Carmen and Mariangela. Free lunch coupons for Mount Etna trip! Great local recommendations. Thank you.

No coffee/ tea making facilities in the room.

The room was lovely - as there weren’t many tourists we got an upgrade. Everything was clean, the staff was very kind, responsive and nice.

The noise from the street can be heard even when bedroom id locked . Wish for bit more space in the room because we had 2 big suitcases

The hotel is very attractive, the room very clean. During the night it was quiet, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was in the area if the main attractions.

The breakfast had nothing fresh like fruit or yogurt. There was only one coffee or tea, toast, one dry croissant and a glass of juice, a bit meagre considering the room price.

Arrived in the dark and rain however was given clear instructions on entry which made things very easy. We were also seated in a cute cuccina for breakfast and served by a beautiful lady who didn’t speak a word of English but made us feel Loved and welcomed. Location is very central to the market, restaurants and public transport.

Loved everything

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous (resembling the inside of a palace), clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with multiple options and a hot coffee made fresh. The location was also impressive, situated within walking distance of the major attractions in Catania.

The door of our first room did not seal properly, so all we heard all the noise in the hallway and our room lit up whenever the lights turned on in the hallway. Fortunately, they were very understanding and allowed us to upgrade to a better room for free.
