I liked very much the staff, Angela, Carmela, very friendly and supportive

I appreciate that we had a corkscrew (a wine opener) in the room. But it would have been nice to have glass glasses for the red wine we drank, but they only had plastic glasses in the room. 🙃

Vicino all'aeroporto e in pieno centro storico. Consigli per ristoranti.

Avevamo filtrato strutture con "parcheggio gratuito". Lungo la via erano presenti soltanto stalli blu. In alternativa ci è stato offerto un posto auto nel cortile della struttura, passaggio davvero molto stretto e al costo di 15 euro. Avevamo colazione inclusa per 4 persone, che non abbiamo potuto consumare perché pronta non prima delle 8. (Siamo dovuti partire alle 8 per l'aeroporto). Ci è stata abbuonata la tassa di soggiorno di pochi euro, ma non il parcheggio. Peccato. Zona molto trafficata e rumorosa, le finestre non isolano.. Dalle foto su Booking le stanze sembravano decisamente più grandi.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Śniadanie było niedobre. Wystarczyłaby kawa i rogalik, ale świeży . Codziennie były te same rogaliki już czerstwe, chleb tostowy i niedobra wędlina wraz z serem żółtym zapakowanym już w plastry. Pokój ciemny, wszystkie pozostałe z drzwiami balkonowymi. Na 5 nocy było to męczące.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Palazzo. What made it stand apart was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was lovely. Signora Carmela stands out for her kindness and helpfulness. She made sure we had the breakfast we wanted (fresh doughnuts called "Iris") and that we knew where to buy stuff and get services. The location was great: close enough to get into the city, but still in an area where you can find on-street parking.

The hotel is new and the owner is still getting up to speed. Insist on daily towel changes and internal locking. The owner was very pleasant and kind and did everything he could to make our stay memorable.

The breakfasts were prepared for us exclusively by a lovely lady who looked after us brilliantly. It was continental sytle with plenty to eat and great service

The walk back to the hotel from the Duoma was a good ten minutes and we fellt tired by the end of the day.
