If there were an option to give zero stars, I wouldn’t hesitate. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and the beds were full of bugs. The level of filth was unbelievable — it was so bad that we didn’t feel safe staying even one night. We immediately left and booked a room at the hotel next door, which was a massive improvement in every way. The staff made the situation even worse. We arrived in the morning to check in, only to be told that the rooms weren’t ready and needed cleaning. Fair enough — but when we returned at 6 PM, there was still no one at the reception to help us. After waiting two more hours, we were finally shown the rooms, and that’s when we decided to walk away for good. This place is a health hazard and a complete waste of time and money. Unclean, unprofessional, and utterly unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
