"Only stay if you're desperate!"

Bed sheets were dirty, we had to change rooms as the shower didn't work, and the 4th one, the room stank of damp. Clearly no attention has been paid to cleaning. Instead staff stand around on their phones with a bad attitude and look like they just hate their job and the customers.
