Organizzazione notevole. Ho ricevuto una mail dove mi veniva indicato il numero di stanza a me assegnato, codice di accesso per accedere alla struttura, dove trovare la tessera per accedere alla stanza ed un link che mi ha accompagnato davanti alla porta della stanza.

Sinceramente non ho nulla da segnalare, le mie aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte.

La colazione sufficiente, magari si può variare con maggior scelta di yogurt e frutta fresca…struttura a mezz’ora di strada da Firenze … buon rapporto qualità prezzo … personale gentilissimo..ristorante con buona cucina. Grazie ad Antonella e Denise e naturalmente al bellissimo micione Higlander , mascotte e presenza silenziosa del nostro soggiorno

Purtroppo la struttura non è piccola , le signore che puliscono sono 2… servirebbe un addetto ad aiutare nel gestire e a tenere in ordine l esterno… perché veramente la struttura è un gioiellino ma richiede manodopera …

The staff present onsite (the cleaning crew who assisted with breakfast service) were kind and informative. They assisted in arranging our dinner and transportation to dinner. Otherwise, there was no staff on site and it was impossible to reach others by phone.

The location was quite remote with no nearby towns or amenities, aside from the restaurant associated with the facilities. I would STRONGLY recommend having a car if you are planning to stay here.
