room is clean and well kept, breakfast is great and staff are friendly

I just needed my tax exempt be process as religious ministry event even booked with booking.com. I already spoke to the staff but told me to get it from booking.com, but booking.com is pushing it on the hotel. please have this issue resolved. as I applied and paid fast let his issue be resolved fast as well as I informed you both before my stay. thank you
