Thank you burcu and Kızılelma abla for your excellent hospitality, we had a beautiful stay at your hotel.

The staff at the reception and entrance were smiling and kind, the room is really cute and inspired by Cappadocia cave style, the way they corporate some very unique ideas inside the room stood out, the heating system worked perfectly and the kind lady St the breakfast area was exceptional. You felt at home and for the price paid we got way more then what we were expecting.

Although the location is not as on the map Evey driver knew were the hotel was and it's actually only few minutes walk from the pointed location

The room had a bed (actually two), electric sockets, and a shower with water. It was also just a five-minute walk from the city centre.

It was freezing cold and the central heating didn't work. During my three night stay, no one bothered to clean the room or bring fresh towels, etc. There's no soundproofing in this place, so you basically hear everything that goes on in the hallway (like when they start vacuuming). The rooms are quite spartan and worn out. None of the receptionists bothered to say hello or even look at me (which is okay for my inner introvert). Also, I only had the chance to go for breakfast on the last morning of my stay and found it to be as spartan as the room decor. Also a heads-up: the hotel location on the map is about half a kilometre off.

Mütavazi bir oteldi yeri merkeziydi kahvaltısıda doyurucuydu.

Sehr laut Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Nach einer schlaflosen Nacht frühzeitig ausgecheckt. Man sagte mir ich bekomme mein Geld zurück. Jetzt weigern sie sich die Rückerstattung zu bezahlen. Bis heute vergebungslos. Auch Expefia konnte mir diesbezüglich nicht weiterhelfen.

Konum bilgisi yanlış. Dolandık durduk. Genel olarak sorun yaşamadık kahvaltı gayet iyiydi. Abla gayet güler yüzlü. Havlular ve yastıklar ciddi anlamda kötü kokuyor. Temizlik firmalarını değiştirmeleri şart. Otel tam merkezde jandarmanın yanında. Yürüyerek rahatça şehir merkezini gezebilirsiniz. Klima, buzdolabı yok. Tuvalet kapısı kilitlenmiyordu. Biraz bakım daha da iyileştirebilir.
