"Inte nöjd kund"

Vi hade fått ett jätte fint rum från början, men vi fick två separata sängar och vi skrev att det skulle vara en stor säng. Vi sa till personalen och de bytte oss till ett annat rum som var mycket mindre och inte lika fint. Och inte öns i närheten av det förra rummet.

Hög ljust från gatan. Garderoberna saknades gångjärn för att vara ett 5 stjärnig hotel.

Petit dej très bien.

On m’a survendu une chambre supérieure mais le service housekeeping était déplorable. Et la chambre vraiment pas propre avec des problèmes techniques. L’ascenseur en panne pendant les 4 jours.
