Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas, baño con ducha tan pequeña que no cabía ni el champú y lo tenían en el suelo!! En un hotel 5 estrellas que cuesta un dineral. No correcta insonorización y parecía que el vecino se estaba duchando en nuestra habitación

Location is great, the view through the windows was also great if not the extremely dirty windows. Breakfast also was good.

We chose this hotel for our wedding weekend and booked a room specifically for the waterfront view. As someone who travels roughly every second week, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing hotel stay I've ever had. To start with the view we paid for: the windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. I had also chosen this hotel hoping for a calm, restful stay before what was always going to be an emotional and stressful weekend. Instead, the room next to ours was hosting what amounted to a party- large group, loud talking, loud music. I asked reception to have a word with them, explaining that I was getting married the next day, and was told there was nothing they could do until 10pm. Even after 10pm, the noise continued until the group eventually left of their own accord. When I went back to ask for help, no alternative was offered- no suggestion of earplugs, no offer to move us to another room, just "we're fully booked, it is what it is." The other surprise was the street noise at night: cars accelerating hard, windows down, music blasting. Between the dirty windows and the complete absence of soundproofing, the bed was literally vibrating from the bass. Again, staff said there was nothing they could do- which I understand, but not even a token gesture like earplugs was offered. I went into my wedding day on no sleep, with a headache and a fair amount of anxiety. Beyond all of that, the hotel itself is simply tired- not characterful, just old. The corridor smelled musty, the flooring was broken in several places, the carpet was visibly dirty and the bathroom looked untouched since the 1980s. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would strongly advise against it for any kind of special occasion.
