Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room :)

We booked a taxi from the airport to the apartment, which arrived and was on time. However we waited outside on the pavement for 45 minutes for check in instructions, as the owners forgot to send. We booked room number 2, it is more basic than it appears in photos with limited storage space and could be improved with a few extras such a chest of drawers. We stayed 7 nights and had to ask for our room to be cleaned and for fresh towels as the cleaner forgot to come. We ordered a taxi back to the airport through the apartment which was 20 mins late so we got an uber in the end. The owners were polite and did get back to us about these issues but it seemed badly organised. The apartment is in a good location, easy walk into old town with some nice restaurants just over the (busy) road for change from main promenade and old town.

Overall, our stay here was very pleasant and the host did a great job answering our questions and getting us settled. We had minor issues with the wifi, but those were resolved within a day. The larger inconvenience was that the hot water in the shower got used up very quickly. Between my partner and I showering, one of us would always end up getting stuck with cold water at the end. Overall, though, the room was beautiful, the host provided extra tools for us to go to the beach, and we enjoyed having the balcony to look over and admire the neighborhood cats.

The apartment was in good condition with a comfortable bed, nice sized bathroom and it was very clean. It was 350m from the SPLIT sign on the main Riva promenade, so good access to the palace and harbour. A luggage storage and mini shop down the road. Good WhatsApp communication to confirm key lock codes - thank you.

No milk in the fridge, so after a long day you arrive on a very noisy, dirty street with graffiti everywhere to then have three long (double) flights of stairs to climb and you can’t have a hot drink with milk. We were fully aware of the studio apartment being on the 3rd floor without a lift beforehand (for a tiny slither of a water view).

Een schone, comfortabele en nette kamer. Het zag er nieuw uit en alles wat nodig is is aanwezig. Een mooie locatie dicht in de buurt van de oude stad 3 minuten lopen.

Er is geen parkeerplaats bij het huis waardoor de kosten van parkeren boven de huur opkomen. Zo n 34 euro per dag.

Location amazing bed so comfy air conditioning was brilliant balcony lovely
