The room was fine. The service was friendly, except for we really wanted room service for breakfast, and although they advertise that they had room service, they didn't. We had to go downstairs and order it from the restaurant and also pick it back up. There was no delivery.

My grandson left his Ipods in our room on the shelf and I have called numerous times to see if they got turned in to lost and found. I figured someone probably kept them but that is not the problem. I called numerous times just to see by chance if they were and I cannot get anyone at the front desk to pick up my call. Just frustrating.

I was pleasantly surprised at the clean, modern vibe. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a modern vibe throughout the hotel. Rooms are fresh and clean, spacious and loaded with toiletries. We had a large room with a separate living room area snd its own television. The mattress was perfect. All staff dressed in black were courteous and eager to help.. A shout out to Veruska who was kind and helpful at breakfast. She made everyone's day just a little brighter. Hmmm

Love staying here. It is my go to when I am in town for work. The rooms are always clean. They always have a great price. Staff has always been friendly and food and drinks at the lobby bistro are also good.
