Nicola is een hele fijne gastheer en zal je bij binnenkomst alle highlights vertellen, zo kan je al voorbereid op pad. De kamer is gewoon goed en het ontbijt ook, niks op aan te merken

Habitación inmejorable!!! super limpia y cómoda. El alojamiento quedaba super cerca de los Sassi de Matera. Capítulo aparte para Nicola, su anfitrión quien no solo nos permitió entrar antes del horario de check in sino que además nos dio, desde la terraza del edificio (desde donde se ve el increíble lugar) una exhaustiva explicación de los recorridos que podíamos realizar. El desayuno es de no creer!!!! la variedad y cantidad de cosas a disposición es infinita, y como si eso no alcanzara...a ultima hora Nicola nos trajo dos croissants enooormes típicas de Matera. Gracias por todo Nicola!!! No solo lo recomendamos al 100% sino que vamos a volver!!!

What a lovely place to stay in Matera. There is free on street parking near the property which is an absolute bonus. Nicola, who owns the place is lovely and he is so helpful in explaining the places to visit. The property on the second floor of the building is actually a 3 bedroom flat and can accommodate 3 separate sets of guests. Each room has its own set of keys. There is a kitchen area with fridge, kettle coffee maker plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. In the morning you just help yourself to what is available. Cereal, cakes, yogurts and fruit juice tea coffee. If there were other guests staying they were very quiet. Only a short walk into the old town of Matera. Highly recommend

The breakfast was good. We had pastry delivered and would have been netter to have them delivered in the early morning and not 22h00 in the evening.

Appartement chaleureux. Parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble. Très bon petit déjeuner, très varié. Merci à notre hôte qui nous a amené du pain (spécialité de Matera)pour nous le faire goûter.
