The staff were very helpful. Very professional.

We had wasps getting into the room from somewhere. There was a wasp nest around the window or in the wall. Not for sure but that was kind of worry some.

From the exterior & lobby, it seems to be nice enough

1. Zero hot water 2. Extremely loud music permitted by the pool until late into the night. 3. The curtains would not close all the way to block out the bright security lights. 4. The shower dripped all night. 5. The hvac unit would not stay on. 6. The “manager” needs to be fired. Zero customer service skills and just wanted to discuss what she couldn’t do because we used Booking.com to book our stay.

"A great place to stay!"

My stay was perfect. The staff was so kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. I need those pillows for home!! It was one of the best stays in a hotel I have had in a very long time. The construction was not ideal but don't let that deter you. The gym, patio and pool area looked awesome, I just did not stay long enough to enjoy. Give this property a stay I do not think you will be disappointed!!!
