Friendly, courteous staff! Clark at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived. For our needs, the accessibility room we had was very nice and open. If a person was in a wheelchair, they may have a different roll in shower? Ours was a walk-in shower. Also, the SECOND floor is the main level, in case you have mobility issues. We always request 1st floor in case there is no elevator. This hotel has an elevator, but it's is built into a hill, so the main level is the 2nd floor for the rooms (lobby floor). Would definitely recommend!

We stayed one night while visiting family in Bozeman. The hotel was very clean and we had a large room with comfortable beds and views of the mountains. The highlight was Clark who checked us in - he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. We were so comfortable in this hotel that we booked another night when we return to Bozeman in two days.
