"Sehr schönes Hotel mir außergewöhnlichen Frühstück und bemerkenswert freundlichen Personal."

Sehr freundliches Personal und wunderschönes Hotel. Highlight ist das sehr umfangreiche Frühstücksangebot. Hunde sind willkommen und dürfen mit in die Bar und das Restaurant. Im Frühstücksraum sind Hunde nicht erlaubt, was aber verständlich ist. Hier stehen alternativ Sitzplätze im Außenbereich zur Verfügung. Die Minibar ist nicht gefüllt. Hier kann man aber aus einer „Maxibar“ in der Lobby Getränke erwerben, was wir auch besser und zeitgemäßer finden. Wir kommen immer sehr gerne in das Steigenberger Hamburg und genießen jeden Aufenthalt. Erwähnenswert ist auch die sehr gute Lage. Man ist in 15 gemütlichen Gehminuten am Hafen, der Neue Wall ist direkt neben an.

Für Hunde werden 40,00 EUR berechnet. Dafür würde man sich ein Körbchen und Näpfe wünschen. Man erhält hier aber gar nichts. Das passt irgendwie nicht zu den anderen herausragenden Eindruck.

Freundliches Personal hat uns immer gelcih weitergeholfen.

Preis Leistung war nicht ok. Fühstück war nicht gut für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Es war sehr laut U-Bahn und anderer Verkehrslärm war nachts immer zu hören. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig.

Sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Ladesäulen in der Tiefgarage wären schön gewesen. Aber auch dafür gab eine plausible Erklärung.
