Nada todo bien

The newly remodeled rooms are really great. I’ve stayed here for years. Always felt safe. Very nice location.

We loved our room, so nice and comfortable. Thank you for keeping it clean

The neighbors were rude

The rooms are updated with comfy beds and nice toiletries as well as coffee makers with coffee and tea pods. The rooms include a hairdryer and lotion, shampoo/conditioner combo and body wash. Plenty of towels and a large TV and closet. The room seemed very clean.

The people next door to our room were so loud and were up until 2am in the morning watching loud TV, listening to music and talking loudly. When confronted they were recording my husband and telling him they could stay up all night and make noise if they wanted! They kept asking him how old he was! Like that has anything to do with this. They also kept talking loudly after and stomping on the floor. The entitlement and inconsideration made for an uncomfortable night and we barely got 5 hours of sleep before they were up again at 7:30am talking again. No other guest were loud or disruptive and disrespectful to others guests so it made for an uncomfortable night for all. I have stayed at morels my whole life and never encountered another guest with such rude behavior towards others. There was no quiet time posted and no one was at the desk when we arrived back at the motel late so we felt as if there was no enforcement from the property. Also, the sink was slow to drain and the hot and cold taps were switched around in both the sink and the shower. It's as if it was installed incorrectly. There is not much parking so we were lucky we got the very last spot.
