Days Inn by Wyndham San Jose Convention Center

The description of the hotel did not match. They did not serve breakfast, they asked for a deposit that wasn't in the description when booking and the front desk associate charged my card 450 for no reason that gave my bank a fraud alert. It was only supposed to be 155 with a deposit of 100. Honestly the room was decent but the bed sheets looked dirty and stained ! So I dont not recommend this place !!!

Bed had hairs in the sheets where stain walls where horrible I couldn’t afford to cancel and go somewhere else or I would of done it

I dont think this place should be on Expedia, this is no-stars, unless I got the worst room in the place, this was a bad experience, and I paid $110 for it. Not sure why they charge $100 deposit, there's nothing you could do to that room to make it worse.

Awful stay here for one night Hairs on sheets stain blankets and pilloes. Lamps falling off, no plate on plugs on the wall,old furniture,sticky tv remote ,no breakfast, they said there was coffe pot in the room.. HOTEL.COM...do not recommend this hotel to anyone..js

Couldn’t bolt lock the door. I wanted to stay 2 more hours. The owner sent me a link that’s says I had to pay $20 to stay up to 2 hours. I could T connect to the Internet, so, I went down to him. He said it was $20 to stay up to 12 noon. Oh well

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! They are false advertising their amenities and accommodations. Disgusting is an understatement. The rooms are not upkept at all. The sheets have ink stains, bedskirts are crusty dirty like never changed, dresser was dirty, carpet is old and thick with dirt, it is lifted from the floor and wrinkled, and sofa is grossly dirty. There is NO breakfast as advertised, and the pool is nowhere near as crystal clear as in the advertised pictures. I had to quickly book a different hotel because I couldn’t remain there with my family. Thankfully Expedia issued a full refund but person at lobby charged me a cleaning fee of $30 for a room that was already dirty and stuffy before I got there. I should’ve taken more pictures of the carpet but you can only imagine after seeing this dirty sofa. Do not trust the advertised pictures. Other than unfairly charging me a cleaning fee, the person was nice and understanding of me wanting to leave.

Staff cannot fixed the clogged bathtub . Bathtub clogged 3 inches high. He gave me a smoking room, I had to change to another room because the smell was too strong. when i booked this hotel they said there was a breakfast.but when i arrived they said there was no breakfast and no ice.
