Belvedere Apartment

The apartment is tidy and comfortable. Great location, I was traveling alone with my 3 year old son and we walked everywhere we needed to go! Tony, the host, is very kind and friendly, he suggested a lot of places and help me create a suitable itinerary for us to visit the island, explaining how to take the ferry and the best schedule. If you arrive before the check in there is a great luggage storage place for only 6 euros/24h and the staff there is really nice (they also arranged my transfer to the airport).

The team managing the apt were excellent,very professional,helpful and friendly.They personally organised our airport transfers at 80€ return which proved to be really good. Also the location of the apt was very good,a 5 minutes walk to the old town and the market and a supermarket close by too.

The shower was lovely and hot every time and the only criticism I have is that there was no holder to put showergel, soap or shampoo. The bedroom was small with not enough room for a bedside table.However it had a double wardrobe and extra blankets and duvets if needed.l have pointed out my criticisms to the mangement team and I think these matters will be resolved

Without notice or explanation, we have been given an apartment that was not the one we had booked. It was not in the same location (outside of the historical center while we booked inside) and its decoration and style were much lower quality than what was shown on the pictures. No hot water in the kitchen. We are not difficult people but I do not think this is normal at all. No compensation was offered for the difference.
