The bed was comfortable.

Cold shower. Cracked floor tiles in bathroom. Shower dripping. Way overdue for a renovation. No house keeping we stayed 7 nights. Pool was closed.

The staff was friendly and able to answer all questions. The breakfast was good. Staff was available, friendly, helpful and very pleasant. It was very clean, quiet, and well stocked. Even the restroom area was clean and very accessible. One thing I noticed was how well the outside lighting was done. Thank you & God bless!

I can't think of one thing that was out of place, or inconvenient.

"Hotel that is near everything that you need from Southern California"

The hotel's location is perfect! I stayed this hotel so I could sleep in before starting a marathon that started at Fashion Island so it was only 10 minutes drive in the morning. Night before that, we went to beach to watch the sunset. Also 10 minutes drive.

The price was quite high, however, given the event happening that weekend which was the OC Marathon so I understand why it was quite high.
