The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 40 minutes. From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station via bullet train, it takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 75 minutes to Nagoya, 110 minutes to Kyoto and 120 minutes to Osaka. The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return. Effective April 1, 2026, breakfast charges will be revised: Breakfast is available for an extra charge: Adult: JPY 3500, per day Child: aged 4–12 years: JPY 1,900, per day. Please note that a power outage is scheduled to occur from 1:00 to 5:00 on Monday, January 11, 2027 and Sunday, January 17, 2027. A deposit may be required at the property.

駅から近い

室内は狭く暗い、まるで古いビジネスホテルの印象。 照明やバスルームの設備も古くて、使い勝手が悪かったです。 母と2人で3泊するので楽しみにしていたのですが、 荷物を広げる場所もなく窮屈で、 禁煙ルームなのに嫌な匂いが染み付いていて、 部屋に帰るのが憂鬱になってしまいました。

高層階だったので景色が良かった スタッフさんの対応が丁寧 部屋が綺麗 24時間営業のコンビニと繋がっていて便利

浴槽のシャワーカーテンが換気扇に煽られて入浴中に邪魔だった 少し設備が古い 初めてだとエントランスがわかりづらい

"夜景は綺麗だったので気分転換になりました"

フロント業務の対応が良かった　宅配で送った荷物の引渡しも早かった 朝食レストランのスタッフも対応良かったです

残念ながらバスタブに汚れが残っていた　特に手が届きにくい奥側！手前はキレイにしてあるのに奥側はアレ？なんだこの手触は？と言う感じ。　私もルームキーパーの経験者なので言わせて貰います
