La ventana no se podía abrir y la habitación no se pudo ventilar en 3 días.

Limpieza de la habitación, excelente ubicación en el barrio francés y grata atención del personal de servicios.

Se agradece la disponibilidad de servicio de café en la habitación y agua para hidratación, también lo disponían en el hall. Sin embrago, pudiera considerar la entrega de desayuno dentro del valor. Entornos de patio y piscina, pudieran ser lugares que inviten a ser utilizados; ya que se vieron muy descuidados.

Location was u surpassable. Right in the centre of French Quarter. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were good. Bedlinen was white & crisp. Towels were white & thick & fluffy. Staff were lovely. Pool was fabulous, small but perfect. Good value for money

Carpets were grubby looking & decor was dull. But this didn’t detract from my experience

It is an old hotel that has seen better days some of the facilities need modinising for instance our door to the balcony leaked soaking the carpet.

Right in the heart of the front quarter, it was a beautiful representation of the history of New Orleans.

The first night we were right on the street, and it was loud. The next night they moved us to an inner room and we slept wonderfully for the next few days.

Great location. Air-conditioning was awesome. Staff was good however there was some confusion regarding my booking. Luckily Hope, the receptionist was awesome Took care of our problem. She made things great. The room is a little dated, however that’s part of the character

I didn’t like that there was a confusion in regards to our booking. Housekeeping came to our room when it was do not disturb to move us out one day too early

The location was great. The parking lot was next door. Balcony views available. The staff was nice.

The rooms are outdated and look nothing like the photos. The photos are made to brighten the place up. The carpets looked old and in need of a carpet cleaning. We had a double bedroom in which the box springs were exposed, mismatched, and dirty. There were two chairs in the room that also looked dingy and dirty and in need of a cleaning. The dressers also looked old. The bathroom was small, outdated, but acceptable. The only thing this room had going for it was the access to its own balcony overlooking Dauphine St. The balcony was shared with all other rooms on the same side and floor. Also, not enough outlets for what people carry with them, especially in a double room where up to 4 people can fit. I am really not that picky and have stayed in smaller basic hotels in Central America; however, none of them looked as old and dirty as this one. The furniture and floors need to be cleaned to improve the guest experience.
