There was no breakfast, the room didn't have any heat. We had to go buy a room heater. When we told them there wasn't any heat, we had to go up and get extra blankets from the front desk. They wouldn't give us a different room. The hot tub didn't work. Bathroom light was broken. The room was a stinky, sticky mess. The most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. Our non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray with cigarette burns everywhere.

This place is disgusting on the picture it looks nice, but when you get there, it is like walking to a garbage dump. The rooms smell disgusting, and the hallways are like garbage dumps. I left vomiting because of the disgustingness.

Needs yogeade

I did not even get the opportunity to stay there; the room I was given (124) was an out of service. It was very disappointing.

There was no communication or proper accommodation for the mistake they made towards putting me in an out of service room.

Cockroach were seen in the bathroom.the sheets were dirty that I had to go to the lobby to get a clean sheet for my bed.

There was roaches in the suite, the suite didnt look like it was cleaned there was crumbs and things on the floor.
