Days Inn by Wyndham Towson

I first arrived to check in and my room was still dirty so I had to sit around for 4 hours waiting for the room to be cleaned because the receptionist said the place was all booked up. After the room was supposed to be cleaned I went in and it was still dirty pictures enclosed…. I went back to the office to let the receptionist know that I wasn’t staying in that room and why and was told that there was nothing they could do about the roaches wow then I was given a new room after I was told there was no more rooms available. I went to the new room and even though the floor wasn’t swept or mopped and there was left over Chinese food left in the fridge and the room wasn’t the room I booked it still was cleaner than the first room

No free breakfast wifi was to weak for connection and empty beer cans on the floor. The curtains were broken so at night time the lights from the outside beemed thru. The tub was rusted and peeling. I tried to do some work but the Internet wouldn't connect to my laptop or my son's PlayStation. Some of my money should be refunded

The lady who worked the desk was awesome very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The issue I had was the room wasn’t the best very much need an up grade it gives very much trap hotel. During my stay I seen roaches crawling up the wall as well in the bathroom on the toilet. I would never stay here again I thought because of the area it would be nice, but I fact the one on security blvd is much nicer than this one. If you don’t mind the roaches this place is for you but just not for me

Looking to get a refund ASAP. The property freaked of coverages smoke, false advertisements, police presents, busted glass at the front office, roaches and straight filthy to the point we could not stay and had to book with another hotel. I have video and pics for documentation purposes.

There really isn't anything I like about it.

The rooms are run down, look like they went clean, roaches everywhere and most definitely not worth $86. I wouldn't pay no more then $30 a night to stay there cuz the rooms aren't worth it at all.
