Nice suite.

Hallway noise is too much. Do something with the doors to reduce slamming doors constantly. Insulation around the door frames would be a huge help.

It was a great place to stay but our room smelt like stale smoke. Other than that it was great

Property is clean, room is comfy, staff is nice. Gym is kind of small. Overall is good.

Location

All the displaced people making noise in the hallways . Considering the Red Cross is paying for it. And it’s free to them. A bit of respect to others who pay for their stay.

Sketchy area

We booked a single night at the hotel with our cat before a little staycation. Our room was 322, and it was absolutely amazing! It had a king bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a step in shower, unfortunately no bathtub. The bed was comfortable and clean, the kitchenette had so many useful things, including a little stove top, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge with a freezer. It also included cups and saucers and plates, as well as cutlery which included a spatula, a chopping knife, a can opener, and also various pots and pans for cooking. The only conspicuous disappointment was the TV channel and physical placement situation. None of them had descriptions, and the guide had no information about what programs were on at what time. as well, the TV being off to the left side of the bed gave my husband a crick in the neck. Another positive point was that there was no space small enough in the room for our cat to crawl into and get out of our reach. This reduced a lot of our concerns about having to lure our cat out of a space that we could not reach into, in order to pack her up for leaving. Giving the room a four out of five because of the TV channel situation, but we will definitely be returning for a repeat visit!

Close to the places I need to be, it’s clean and staff are friendly.

I didn’t like the size of the beds, I booked a queen double room instead I got double beds and seemed like the foot side was higher than the head size, I did not sleep well but I didn’t want to complain because other than that everything was good.

Hmmmm... I killed a cockroach in the bathroom of my room on my morning of checkout. There was a lady in a room just down the hall who insisted on screaming at the top of her lungs at irregular intervals, not even intelligible at times. The room across from me, starting about 3am every morning, every 20 minutes the door would bang in the hallway. All I can assume, is it was a smoker going outside... but every 20 minutes until 7am?!? Very trashy people frequenting the parking lot... I will just leave this as the tip of the iceberg. That PLUS ... it was the most expensive stay of my entire trip. I paid more for 2 nights at this place in Winnipeg (almost $500 after tax... for 2 nights!...) than I did for 3 nights in Vancouver. Winnipeg! ... seriously? All I can assume is greedy owners.
