"Stayed here before and will not be back, cannot believe we were turned away so late at night"

Turned away after arriving at 11pm, booked ahead of time, 2 people & 2 pets, called ahead to let them know I was running very late.

Will never stay here and never recommend to anyone ever again.

The room was nice clean and private but they had trouble taking my credit card and didn’t have any other options of paying a safety deposit which was very unfortunate and time consuming and once I had gotten into my room and got some rest they called me at 0600-0630 claiming they “didn’t charge me enough” asking for another payment which wasn’t a problem but seriously 6am guys? Nice place ugly area probably won’t be staying there again
