The help desk lady was very nice and helpful to accommodate us

It looks very old and needs improvement and maintenance, it was also dirty, floors were dirty hair in bathtub and towels… absolutely gross me out

The night we arrived there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. Got water was back up in the morning.
