YOU MUST CALL THEM TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. Funny stuff going on, they try to keep your deposit unless you call them…. What a slick scam move !! I don’t trust this kind of people. I bet 40 percent of people dont even check about the deposit…. They said it was “ system error” YEAH…. RIGHT…..

Was very pleased with the room. The price was very good.

Price, location.

Had a bug problem but the guy was being weird about it. He just got defensive instead of just allowing me in to another room. He literally saw the bugs but was almost in denial about it. Very poor customer service

The room was great! We had great service and everyone was very nice. Our room had some new furniture and even the pull out couch was comfy.

Told I could only use one of the beds as I was only one guest that paid for a double room that way they wouldn't have to change the other bed then when I turned on the air conditioner as I always do I checked the filters and they were one inch thick with disgusting dust and grease and whatnot who knows Burns and the blankets in the bed and the room smelled like mold breakfast was allegedly from 6:30 to 9:30 if you could get anybody to wake up before 7:00 you were lucky

Bed was uncomfortable but that was the only issue. The room was spotless. I was impressed

The front desk was very nice since we unexpectedly had our kids stay with us last minute.

The beds we ordered was supposed to be Queen but they were more like fulls

We got a non-smoking room but it smelled like someone had smoked in there before we checked in. Mentioned it to the office...they gave us some room spray to use.

Parking was fine. But your customer service is horrible. My mom tired for four days to speak to someone about the refund for pet deposit. My brother who had a sad did not come. She called and spoke to so many useless people. Then they gave her a corporate number which went to an entirely different hotel chain. She had to drive back to Cabot Ark from Texas to resolve issue. No one seemed to know how to tell her the refund was refunded to card. And the number online does not get u to the hotel in Cabot. I can time she called a different person answered and the phone line kept disconnecting. What a total F up. Will never use the this hotel again anywhere and will make sure everyone I know knows this. And I will put out reviews wherever I can. So unhappy. But finally went to hotel in Cabot after drive from Texas like I said and it was refunded and card and it better show up as refunded. She reserved room for me and my brother for my grandmas funeral. Such poor service. Room was ok and clean.
