We are from Iowa and we had a family member break down in our car and the hotel let us leave our car parked there for a few days until we could get it worked out to get down to get it dealt with. They were very nice about it and wven help us get it loaded up to get it out of their lot.
USI booked with Bookjng.com and needed to be close to Jay, Ok. When searching booking.com showed this location 12.3 miles from Jay. Once booked I searched address and it is almost 5 hours away, and management refused to refund my money even though we never stayed. I had to book another room and out almost $300 dollars.
USLocation is great - staff is very nice and helpful. Quickly fixed an issue with first room.
Building is a bit stuffy and humid, lighting could be a lot better in bathroom - and the crickets 🫤

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel didn’t even have a sign saying the name or that it was a motel. Had to look for number on the door to verify we were in the right place. Heard train during the night and traffic
