Staff was great; check-in/check=out was a breeze. Coffee machine in dining area broken; rolls/muffins a day old. In room coffee maker tasted like the cardboard cup provided. Room A/C cycled like a turbine engine spooling up. The toilet seat felt like a swivel chair. Aah, but the bed was very comfortable, and the property was ideally located to local amenities.
USStaff was extremely friendly and helpful I'm afraid I lost my key then left the room without my keys. This a systemic problem for me and some places get testy but not here, they were very accommodating.
The beds were unusually high and I'm short so it was interesting to get in the Customer service "James" gave me the number for AT&T when he said he wasnt customer service.
USThe room appeared clean but the bathroom floor was dirty and the carpet was old, I wouldn’t walk on it with bare feet. The breakfast in the morning was very poor, coffee machine didn’t work, black stuff floating in the juice and waffle maker didn’t work well. The staff was friendly though.
