The hot tub didn't work it was cold

The manager opened our door at eight o'clock in the morning.Luckily, we had a latch on, but I went downstairs to confront them as we didn't know who it was and she said that she thought it was a different room number. We have kids with us so we were definitely unsettled by this.

USGood value for the price you pay, basically just has everything you need. Overall, decent if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night.
The rooms look pretty outdated. I overheard that one of the staff was being rude (calling them profanities) towards some of the guests, and it was just awkward to walk into. Don’t expect the breakfast to be exceptional.
