The employee, AJ, was informative and very nice.

That the hotel was closed for renovations and I wasn't informed by booking and didn't find out until I arrived at the hotel for check in.

Everything they cancelled on us didn’t tell us until we were there pretended to set up us staying at another place and then straight cancelled with booking saying they couldn’t help us find other accommodations
