Quality Inn & Suites Raleigh North

When we arrived late for our stay, the third floor smelled strongly of smoke (weed). It was late, and we were not going to be in the room long. We did however have two nights booked. Our shower leaked all out in the floor. We left early the next morning and then arrived back at the room for our second night late. At 11:30pm our room phone began ringing. We did not answer. Then someone starting knocking at our door. I answered and they said someone had reported a smoke smell coming from around our room area. I said well we were asleep, and I did not appreciate the accusation. I did not hear them knocking on other doors. The strangest thing I have encountered at a hotel. I have stayed at lots of this level hotels during travel ball with my kids, and this is probably the second worst , if not the worst place I have stayed. I complained a little to the lady when I checked out, and I could see that it was gong in one ear and out the other.

The front desk staff was nice and the room was clean

Limited breakfast items. Bathroom shower needs re caulking, hooks in bathroom need tightened, Stairway windows need cleaning. Location was sketchy in evening with homeless people wandering around. Very far from airport

Please restock the soaps every day you don’t have to clean but restocks the toiletries Im begging.

Hot endless water and water pressure. Location was very convenient to downtown Quiet but in the hood

No breakfast! That crap they call breakfast not even hot. No eggs, meat, protein,. Yogurt and waffles🤢 Roaches and water bugs coming out the drain. They didn't have tubs so right out the shower . Toilet only thing that has no pressure you have to flush multiple times and no lock on bathroom door just a sliding door

We couldn’t lock our room door , the door wouldn’t close all the way , and the staff was very rude . When I tried to check back out after I seen the room he act like he didn’t want to check me out and made me wait for him to go check the room like I was lying . When I asked for the managers name and number he acted like he couldn’t give it to me and when I asked for corporate he acted like he didn’t have or know the number .

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. Plenty of amenities and a great location. Will stay again sometime.
