Shuttle driver was very courteous and helpful. Locking system for rooms was not working, so we had to change rooms three times. Gym was very good. Breakfast was adequate.

Es un hotel increíble,muy cómodo, hermoso,las decoraciones hermosas de cada lugar del hotel,el desayuno muy fresco y delicioso, recepción amable y atento,la cocina muy bien solo le hace falta estufa,y al comedor sillas jeje,pero aún así es muy bueno, además muy cerca de la playa,y muchísimo más,seguramente volveremos en nuestras vacaciones....

Great location, close to the Oakland airport. I liked that we had a choice of what size waffles we wanted,

The manager, Kristina was not customer friendly at all. I felt she was rude and seemed irrated when I asked questions since this was our first time staying at a Home2 Suites hotel. Not a good impression at all. The setup of the breakfast area could be improved, especially in regards to garbage cans location. The bacon was so thin & strange on how to build your breakfast sandwich. I didn't like we had to pay for parking as the parking was an open area & not enclosed.

I just love the fact the hotel was near to the airport, Downtown Oakland and Alameda. It was great service, great breakfast bar, overall the best hotel I've stayed in for quite awhile.
