Luxurious & comfortable amazing staff, just a wonderful place to hang out in, and best part all were super nice to our 2 small dogs!

The ac in our premier king suite was not working great. Room service crazy expensive.

"Brilliant hotel"

It was a relief to step into this hotel, where everything works, and staff are great. Ours was a last minute stay, but the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We had a lovely afternoon tea and had a fantastic lady serve us, the food was very good Our rooms were pleasant, and room service was also very good. We had an excellent breakfast here one of the best lobster omelette dishes I’ve ever had. We would stay here again. The hotel is well connected by public transport and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were here during the marathon and the hotel was very full, but you wouldn’t have noticed.
