Property in need of update

The hotel ran down. It is my last time to book Howard Johnson. The post pictures look good but the hotel likes getto.

things were good

There was quite a bit of damage and wear & tear that need attention. The bed was clean but other parts of the room need attention. The ac vent was dirty, the bathroom fan caked with dust and other smudges and smears in the room.

DONT DO IT! I was on a cross country road trip and saw this “hotel” was at a good stopping point for the night, I booked online and arrived about 2 hours later. Just pulling into the parking lot and you will know this place has been let go, walking into the room made that even more clear. I have never seen a hotel with a sign in the lobby that says “refunds will not be issued if you have been in the room more than 30 minutes” The room was dark and dirty but I was only going to be there 7 hours. Got up in the morning, no hot water in the shower or the sink. Went to the lobby no answer, just decided to get on the road. Called 3x that day to address the issues, no answer on the phone either. If the option is to stay here or sleep at a rest stop, Utah has really nice rest stops, that at least have running hot water.

The pictures are probably 20 years old. The pool is not running. But honestly, they replaced my towels daily. They were great that way.

Run down, outdated. No ice machine. Room had a musty smell to it. Parking lot full of weeds coming through blacktop. Air conditioning in room was very inadequate. Place needs some serious updating and maintenance.

Close to restaurants and shopping but run down facility and unfriendly staff.

Filthy hallway carpets

The property is very run down. The bed and the bathroom was clean. The room and the facility needs to be renovated.
