Howard Johnson by Wyndham Brigham City

I expected it to not be the Hyatt but used sheets and no hot water is unacceptable.

Ac would not turn off. Blew loud all night.

Checked in by a rude person. The room was in very poor condition and in need of repair. The horrible smell of the room was overwhelming. The sheets appeared to be clean. As I walked about the room with shoes on, the floor had a sticky feeling. Had I not been so tired, I would have gladly left. I would NOT recommend this motel to my worst enemy. Ruined my whole trip!

They are a disgrace to the Howard Johnson name. Run down and dingy. No ice machine, no pool, and no continental breakfast like advertised. I guess they thought coffee and juice was breakfast? What a joke. My advise, pay the extra 20 or 30 bucks to stay somewhere else.

Very old and in need of some restoration. No do not disturb sign. Beds very old and uncomfortable.

Very dated. Bed was very uncomfortable. Fine for an inexpensive room, but on the list of “not doing that again.” Could hear birds through the heating and cooling unit, like there is a nest in it?

How come website says there is breakfast and there is no breakfast provided whatsoever.

We arrived late in the evening, just interested in going to sleep. The room looked clean and bathroom was clean. Went to bed, average hotel bed and linen, no issues. Website had listed breakfast as included but when I went down to pickup some food I was just told they no longer provided breakfast. After showering and while getting ready to leave, my son knocked my glasses off the night stand. As I pulled out the nightstand from the wall to reach them I noticed a used condom behind the night stand. Yuck. I opened the desk drawer to find paper to leave a note for house keeping and it had several of the wrappers from the paper cups, a business card and couple used sticky notes inside. The carpet in the room is loose and bumpy so could be a trip hazard. The whole property is in need of upkeep

The shower didn’t get hot. There’s a crack in the toilet top the vents didn’t work and the wall unit wouldn’t shut off the plug ins are loose and found a rubber behind the night stand

This hotel is not appropriately advertised, the pool does not look like it will or should ever open again, there is no breakfast as advertised, the hotel is actually falling apart.
