Garbage behind fence next to building...not their fault but still an eyesore

My worst stay first we booked a suite and they didn’t have any but I paid for a suite and the I was in an adjoining room and they had the tv blaring all night! Then it was supposed to have breakfast but they didn’t even have coffee!!!! Terrible

Everything was fine, except that the dryer in the laundry room did not work. I think the heating element has gone out. My clothes were in there for over an hour and were still cold and wet

the doors didn’t shut all the way. you had to make sure they were closed completely. the locks were subpar. there had to have been a wild boar in the room above me because there was running all throughout the night. people loitering in the parking lot asking for money. the last morning of my stay, I was getting dressed about to go checkout and someone knocked on the door. I didn’t answer because I was in the bathroom getting dressed. when I came out the person literally was pushing the door open. luckily I had a chair in front of the door so they couldnt get in easily.

You can hear the noise from the neighbors and everything around you. Lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast they advertise is only coffee from a machine. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Tim is a gift. He is funny, helpful and has great customer service skills. The only thing I would change is that there is a lot of furniture, etc set next to the dumpster.

Not a good experience noisy neighbors constantly banging. Room service was horrible the room was not in good shape.

No breakfast and property starting to look run down. Lesson learned from this stay. Call before booking to ask about breakfast and location of rooms bc we were put upstairs and no elevator with having to carry a baby. Tub drain didn't work to give baby a bath.
