The access to the room… the breakfast was ok

The area was a bit much but was ok for the stay

This is not a good spot, i.e location. I felt unsafe and also felt my property was not going to be safe. Upon leaving check in , a man was approaching my car and when he saw me he changed direction. I checked out 2 hours later. Manager has not responded to me or hotel.com. They obviously don't care about people or safety.

La habitación estaba limpia y en orden

Mucha bulla nunca nadie encargado del hotel salió a inspeccionar por que habían niños corriendo por los pasillos en desorden además la parte del buffet no estaba tan limpia y al parecer se había derramado algo en el pasillo o había llovido y había toallas en el piso y los pipites de basura en el medio

My room was dirty.. they didn’t offer any accommodation I had to sleep in my room they only offered a room the next day when booking.com told them they had to give me a refund
