had some perfect days at scandic Valdres, the food, room, pool. Everything was very nice. The service was also perfect, very nice people, there was not so many guest this time a year.

"A Real Taste of the Sixties"

Staying at the Scandic Valdres Hotel is a real step back in time. The hotel was built in 1966 and I dare say that not much has changed in its decor since then. There is very much a 60's vibe to the furniture, carpets and lighting. The hotel is well located, being close to town, the coach terminal and overlooking the lake. The decor of the rooms continue the 60's theme, although they are clean and comfortable. The dinner and breakfasts in the restaurant are of good quality so there's not much to complain about in that regard. In summary, the Scandic Valdres is comfortable for a night or two if you're passing through, but the hotel itself is probably overdue for a refresh.

"Weekend på Fagernes 🙂"

Bra rom med god størrelsen, super frokost med svært godt utvalg. lå en 5 er i vinduskarmen og ei krone på gulvet så bøtteballetten kunne nok gått over rommet litt bedre. Koslige og imøtekommende betjening overalt 🙂 Totalt en fin lørdag på hotellet. Kan trygt anbefales 🙂
