Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno, breve o lungo che sia. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile.

L'unica pecca, a nostro avviso, è la mancanza di un ascensore. La scala dell'edificio, infatti, essendo antica, è molto sconnessa quindi risulta ostica da fare con passeggino e/o bambini piccoli. Nulla di impossibile comunque.

Cute little apartment with just about everything we needed. There is an amazing little caffe just next door, a short walk to many places in the Lower Town. The host, Drazen was very helpful with communication and suggestions for places to visit and dining recommendations.

I stayed here for three nights in May 2026. Drazen is the perfect host. Charming, friendly, and helpful. Communication, from booking, was excellent. I received clear detailed instructions on the self check-in system. Any questions I asked were answered immediately. The apartment is spacious, very well equiped, and extremely clean. It is in a good location close to the centre but far enough away to be on a quiet street. Come out of the apartment and turn left, take a short walk to the top of the street and turn right. You are then on Ilica, which is the street that leads straight into the centre. It's that simple. I walked to the centre, but there are trams along the length of Ilica, so I am sure you could jump on one if you didn't want to walk. There are bakeries all around the apartment, and little supermarkets too. It's just ideal.

숙소는 매우 합리적인 가격으로 운영되는 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 호스트는 유튜브를 통해 숙소를 직접 소개하는 동영상을 공유하고 있습니다. 호스트분이 매우 적극적인 성격이고 숙소 이용방법을 whatsapp을 통해 매우 자세히 알려 주십니다. 숙소는 공간이 매우 넓습니다. 실내 TV도 매우 큽니다. 어린 아이나 청소년 정도의 자녀일 경우라면 4명이 이용하기에도 무리가 없습니다. 내부가 매우 크고 넓습니다. 화장실도 매우 좋습니다. 주위에 편의점과 빵집이 있어 아침에 이용이 편리합니다. 주차장도 집앞 도로에 충분히 있고 사용이 안전합니다. 인덕션레인지가 있어서 직접 취사도 가능합니다. 숙박비가 비싼 자그레브에서 매우 가성비가 좋은 숙소입니다. 직접 사용해보니 왜 자그레브 3 하트인지 알게 되었습니다. 숙소 총 3개를 호스트께서 운영하더군요. 다음에도 또 이용할 의사가 있습니다.

대중교통을 이용하기 위한 트램 정류장이 약 300m 떨어져 있습니다. 트램 정류장에서 시내 중심가 까지 대중교통으로 다시 약 5~10분 이동해야 합니다. 하지만 저는 이 사실을 미리 인지하고 있어서 특별히 불편하지는 않았습니다. 숙소가 2층에 있어 계단을 이용해야 합니다. 이부분이 아쉬운점이라면 유일한 아쉬운 점이고 특별히 불편한게 없습니다.
