Great service with breakfast as someone with a allergy buffets are never that safe, however staff offered for allergy to prepare the breakfast in the kitchen so I did not need to run the risk of unaware other customers cross contamination

The property itself is nice but isolated. Nothing else around w/in walking distance. Gym is good, food isn't the best.

Only here for one night room was very comfortable I didn’t use the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was more than amble

No complaint about the facilities but the price of dining at the hotel impacted our perception negatively.

Lovely hotel and facilities - marked down slightly only because of the prices in the on-site restaurant.

My start of journey train was cancelled so 2 hours later than anticipated arriving at the hotel. However the reception staff were understanding, kind and welcoming when I did arrive. My room was very comfortable and clean with a good bed and good bathroom. Great selection of choices to eat at breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area.

Everything was perfect apart from the burger in the restaurant.Just taste at all.I'd heard that the food there wasn't very good...

We had a lovely overnight stay here! We loved the pool and all the staff were so friendly. It was quiet in the rooms and we slept well in the comfy beds!

The hotel is very comfortable. Good breakfast, and gym. All the staff were great, with the exception of one of the bar staff. I gave management feedback about how this person made a bad impression and distracted from an ongoing business meeting - they listened, apologised and gave me a free lunch. So they did all you could possible expect. Excellent customer relations. Thank you. I would stay again.

A nice hotel with a spacious room, good working desk ideally located.
