Very comfortable apartment. Lovely having a pool to swim in. Nice and clean.

Location not very close to tourist attractions, but close to the mall

Everything. Any minor drawbacks were made up for by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Walking distance to cafes, banks & facilities a little far. Mind you, there's always Grab/Gojek. Breakfast although adequate could be improved.

Good central location

When I asked for the room to be cleaned on both occasions water wasn’t refilled up directly. My bedsheets had blood on them after my original sheets had blood on them from my own accident which is admittable and then the glasses were not cleaned. You could still see and smell the remanence of what I drank out of them beforehand which wasn’t water. It’s not much to ask for if you’re asking them to clean the room for things to be cleaned.

The location was not the most easy to access.

Room was tiny and I had to ask for an extension cord, as there is only one outlet in the room. Lots of little biting insects. The staff didn't speak English and there were no restaurants within walking distance. Very isolated - in a posh setting and cold and unwelcoming. Breakfast was served in cardboard boxes.
