I like the location of the hotel. It is right off the main highways we needed to travel. Very nice and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and front desk staff. I was disappointed that No wanted came to clean up the room, bring fresh towels, nor empty the trash while we were gone the entire day. However, I plan to be back. I enjoyed my stay tremendously!

"Don't go anywhere else in Ruston"

This place is fantastic. Clean rooms, great breakfast, quiet. But what really makes this place outstanding is the staff. They just go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great stay. They're friendly and helpful and you will have a great stay.

We were welcomed to our room with their maintenance guy inside of it hanging out, watching tv, and talking on his cell phone and left us with a stopped up toilet. Very unprofessional. We decided to hang a "do not disturb" tag on our door the rest of the stay and go without the daily room clean because of that. The breakfast was good and the hotel is very conveniently located but way overpriced. We won't stay here again.

"Best stay in a long time!"

This was our first time staying at this property, but we stay exclusively at Hilton Brand properties. This stay was reasonably priced with all of the amenities that make it feel like home. We checked in after 3:30AM and the night auditor was in a pleasant mood. He also double checked our room location upon my request to accommodate my Autistic toddler.
