Reserved a King room, arrived and were told that no king rooms were available until the next night. The hotel was not busy and there were few cars in the parking lot. The hotel itself was dirty, the state of the room was not clean or properly cared for. Water behind the toilet on the floor, dead bugs in the bathroom, what looked like mold or mildew on the walls, horrible. Would not have stayed if we had not been on the road all day and booked a non-refundable reservation.

"Won’t stay at a Hampton again"

Breakfast was good

Tv wasn’t working when I got to the room and room wasn’t cleaned until 4pm when the Hampton advertised checkin was at 3pm. And door was open when I went up to my room at check in
